Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Footwear and Leather Goods Manufactory and Tannery Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006
1. Short title, extent application and commencement.
(1)This Scheme may be called the Tamil Nadu Footwear and Leather Goods Manufactory and Tannery Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.(3)It shall apply to all manual workers engaged in footwear, Leather goods manufactory, leather manufactory.(4)It shall come into force on the 1st September 2006.
