Section 18(g) in The Bodoland University Act, 2009
(g)to make provision for the emoluments, duties, and terms and conditions of service of the teachers of the University and the employees of the constituent colleges after taking into consideration the recommendations of the Post-Graduate Board and he Under-Graduate Board in this regard as the case may be;
