(4)The hear of the illuminant, and its position in relation to the optical system, shall be such that it is impossible for the rays of light to ignite a stationary film.This requirement shall be considered as met if a film stationary in the film-gate fails to ignite within a period of three minutes.B. (1) The projector shall be fitted with film boxes of fire-resisting material, which shall be made to close in such a manner and shall be fitted with film-slots so constructed as to prevent the passage of flame to the interior of the box.
