(e)"Departmental Promotion Committee" means the Departmental Promotion Committee constituted in accordance with the provisions contained in Resolution No. 22576, dated the 27th of November 1976 issued by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms as may be amended or modified from time to time.
