Facts:
1. The appellant Shri R.P. Singh vide his RTI request dated 3.1.2009 sought information regarding marks obtained during the selection process for promotion to AO, GradeI Officer's Scale in respect of himself and last candidate selected for promotion during the year 2001, 2002 and 2003. The information sought was in respect of the following categories namely seniority, qualification, work record and interview.
DECISION
2. This RTI request addressed to NIC Ltd., Kolkata is identical to the RTI request dated 3.1.2009 submitted by the appellant to the respondents namely NIC, Lucknow which has been heard on 9.2.2010 and disposed of vide Order No. CIC/WB/A/2009/000907DS.
3. Accordingly, RTI application dated 3.1.2009 being processed in file No. CIC/AT/C/2009/000399 is disposed of. A copy of the order dated 19.2.2010 is enclosed.
