47. Registration of awards and certificates. -
(1)Every award and every certificate granted under section 21 or sub-section (5) of section 22, shall be registered under the Indian Registration Act, 1908, by the Chairman of the Board in such manner and within such period as may be prescribed.(2)For the purpose of the registration under sub-section (1) of an award or a certificate the Chairman shall be deemed to be an officer of Government empowered to execute such instrument within the meaning of section 88 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908.
