Section 10(1) in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Determination of Open Access Charges) Regulations, 2006
(1)Nothing in these Regulations shall be deemed to limit or otherwise affect the power of the Commission to make such orders as may be necessary to met the ends of justice.
