                              ORDER

This appeal by the assessee is preferred against the order of the CIT(Exemption), New Delhi dated 29.07.2019 framed u/s. 80G(5) (vi) of the Act.

2. At the very outset the appellant moved following application seeking permission to withdraw the appeal :-

In this regard, we would like to submit that we have applied for provisional registration which has been approved.

We hereby submit that we want to withdraw this appeal and obliged.
