Section 9(1) in The Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000
(1)The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint such of the officers of the National Authority [or of the Central Government] [Inserted by Act No. 36 OF 2012] as it thinks fit to be enforcement officers for the purposes of this Act.[Provided that such officers shall fulfil the prescribed criteria.] [Inserted by Act No. 36 OF 2012]
