8. The Pro-Chancellor.
(1)The Vice-President of the World Institution Building Programme (WtBP), shall be the Pro-Chancellor of the University(2)The Pro-Chancellor will perform all such duties in absence of the Chancellor as may be assigned to him by the Chancellor.(3)The Chancellor may delegate any authority to the Pro-Chancellor for the smooth functioning of the University.
