THE MINISTER OF PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS AND MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND BROADCASTING (SHRI PRIYA RANJAN DASMUNSI): With your permission Sir, I rise to announce that Government Business during the week commencing Monday, the 6th March, 2006 will consist of:-
1. Consideration of any item of Government Business carried over from today’s Order Paper.
2. General Discussion on General Budget for 2006-07.
3. Discussion and Voting on the following Demands and introduction, consideration and passing of the related Appropriation Bills:-
(a) Demands for Grants on Account (General) for 2006-07. (b) Supplementary Demands for Grants (General) for 2005-06. (c) Demands for Excess Grants (General) for 2003-04.
4. Discussion on the Statutory Resolution seeking Disapproval of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (Amendment) Ordinance, 2006 and consideration and passing of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (Amendment) Bill, 2006 as passed by Rajya Sabha.
श्री शैलेन्द्र कुमार (चायल) : उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, आगामी सप्ताह की कार्यसूची में निम्न विषयों को जोड़ा जाए :-
१.उत्तर प्रदेश स्थित जनपद फतेहपुर में तहसील खागा “ रेलवे फ्लाई ओवर ब्रिज ” की आवश्यकता है। प्रतदिन लाखों व्यक्तियों का आवागमन होता है। रेलवे फाटक बन्द होने से लाखों व्यक्ति प्रभावित होते हैं।
२.उत्तर प्रदेश जनपद फतेहपुर की तहसील खागा स्थित रेलवे स्टेशन पर मुख्य गाड़ियों का ठहराव व स्टेशन को अपग्रेड कर के ‘ए’ क्लास का स्टेशन बनाया जाए।
श्री गिरधारी लाल भार्गव (जयपुर) : उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, मेरा निवेदन है कि आगामी सप्ताह की संसदीय कार्यसूची में निम्न विषयों को सम्मिलित किया जाए :-
१.राजस्थान में विद्युत संकट दिनोंदिन बढ़ रहा है और जिन राज्यों से समझौते के आधार पर राजस्थान को बिजली प्राप्त होनी चाहिए थी उन पर केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही है और वे मामले काफी समय से विलम्बित पड़े हैं।
२. केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा जयपुर हवाई अड्डे को अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा घोषित कर दिया गया है, परन्तु इसका नाम महाराजा मान सिंह अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा घोषित नहीं किया गया है। अत: इसका नाम शीघ्र ही महाराजा मान सिंह अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा घोषित किया जाए।
DR. K.S. MANOJ (ALLEPPEY): Sir, the following items may be included in the next week’s agenda:-
(1) Need to open a Kendriya Vidyalaya in Alappuzha District of Kerala. (2) Need to construct a foot overbridge across the two platforms at Thuravoor Railway Station.
श्री सुनिल कुमार महतो (जमशेदपुर) : उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, लोक सभा की अगले सप्ताह की कार्यवाही में निम्नलखित विषयों को शामिल किया जाए :-
१.रांची से दिल्ली के लिए सुबह कोई फ्लाइट नहीं है। अत: सुबह रांची से ादल्ली के बीच एवं शाम को दिल्ली से रांची के लिए हवाई सेवा शुरू की जाए।
२.झारखंड के पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिले के डुमूरिया एवं पटभदा में शीघ्र मोबाइल सेवा शुरू की जाए।
श्री पुन्नूलाल मोहले (बिलासपुर) : उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, निम्नलखित विषयों को अगले सप्ताह की कार्यसूची में शामिल किया जाए :-
१. छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य की अरपा भैसाझाल सिंचाई परियोजना भारत सरकार के पास स्वीकृति हेतु लम्बित है जिसकी लागत राशि रु.५८६७१.३० करोड़ रुपए है जिसमें २ लाख किसानों को ५१,००० एकड़ भूमि की सिंचाई होगी। इसकी स्वीकृति दी जाए।
२. छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में जुड़ी बसाहटों की संख्या बहुत अधिक है। अत: ९८३७ बसाहटों के लिए गावों को डामरीकरण मार्ग से जोड़ने हेतु ३०,००० कि.मी. सड़क का निर्माण किया जाना है। उक्त एलोकेशन को २३५ करोड़ रुपए से बढ़ाकर ५०० करोड़ रुपए प्रति वर्ष किया जाए। स्थापना व्यय का ७५% अनुदान के रूप में दिया जाए। नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में दोहरे मार्ग बनाने की अनुमति दी जाए क्योंकि वहां ४०% प्रतिशत आबादी वन ग्राम क्षेत्रों में निवास करती है। उसके जीवन-यापन के स्तर को सुधारने के उद्देश्य से सड़कों के निर्माण के लिए वन एवं पर्यावरण अधनियम में विशेष छूट की अनुमति दी जाए।
SHRI SUNIL KHAN (DURGAPUR): Sir, the following items may be included in the next week’s agenda:-
(1) The employees of Burnpur and Howrah units of Burn Standard are not getting their salaries for the last six months. Even the revival package has not been considered whereas bureaucrats are recruiting the new employees who are very much related to the Board. If the interviewed candidates’ certificates are verified by any expert committee, it will prove the merits and demerits of the certificates.
The expert committee should be declared for the PSUs which are closed down and the employees of the closed public sector units should be given their salaries and other benefits of Fifth Pay Commission[rpm14] .
SHRI KASHIRAM RANA (SURAT): Sir, the following item may be included in the next week’s agenda.
The Arabian Sea is the fruitful fishing zone for the fishermen of the Western India. Most of the fishermen from West and North use to come to this area of the country and especially on the coast of Gujarat for their fishing business. The Pakistan Marine Security Agency (PMSA), so far, has captured 361 fishermen. Out of which, 238 fishermen belong to Gujarat. Moreover, last week one fisherman had been killed by PMSA. The Fishermen Associations have decided to agitate on this issue. As per my information, the agitation has started.
I, therefore, request the Government to repatriate these fishermen along with their boats as soon as possible.
श्री रामदास आठवले (पंढरपुर) : उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, कृपया आगामी सप्ताह की कार्य-सूची में निम्नांकित विषयों को सम्मिलित किया जाये:
(1) महाराष्ट्र के सोलापुर में स्थित आकाशवाणी केन्द्र की प्रसारण क्षमता को बढ़ाए जाने से सम्बन्धित विषय।
(2) महाराष्ट्र के सोलापुर जिले के अन्तर्गत पंढरपुर में चन्द्रभागा नदी पर स्थित विट्ठल रकुमई मन्दिर को तीर्थस्थल के रूप में विकसित किए जाने और वहां आने वाले देश के वभिन्न भागों के श्रद्धालुओं को समुचित सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराए जाने के लिए एक्शन प्लान को लागू किए जाने से सम्बन्धित विषय।
