Section 42(4) in The Delhi Narcotic Drugs Rules, 1985
(4)Every application for the renewal of the authorisation or licence, shall be submitted to the licensing authority at least two months before the commencement of the year of which renewal is required and shall be accompanied by a treasury challan showing payment of fee, if any, prescribed for the grant of the authorisation or the licence.
