Section 37(1) in Bihar Agricultural University Act, 2010
(1)The authorities of a University may make Regulations consistent with this Act and the statutes for:-(i)Laying down the procedure for their meetings and number of members required to form the quorum.(ii)Providing for matters which by this Act and the Statutes are to be regulated by Regulations;(iii)Providing for any other matter solely concerning the authority and not provided for by this Act and the Statutes
