Section 2(c) in Tamil Nadu Goldsmiths Social Security And Welfare Scheme, 2006
(c)"dependent", in relation to a registered manual worker, means any of the relatives of such deceased workman as specified below :-(i)Wife or husband, as the case may be;(ii)Children;(iii)Widow and children of the pre-deceased son; and(iv)Parents;
