4. Admissibility of resolution.
- The president shall decide on the admissibility of a resolution. He may disallow any resolution which, in his opinion, contravenes the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994) or the rules made thereunder and the decision of the president shall be final:Provided that if, in the opinion of the president, a resolution relates to a matter which is unconnected with the administration of the village panchayat concerned, the president shall refer the resolution to the Inspector and obtain his orders as to its admissibility.
