Section 56(3)(v) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Reform Act, 1998

(v)All references to State Electricity Board in the Electricity (Supply) Act; 1948 in so far as the State of Andhra Pradesh is concerned shall be read as reference to the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission or APTRANSCO or other licensees or where it relates to general policy matters the State Government;
