Section 3(1) in The Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1958
(1)The duty of carrying out the provisions of this Act, shall, subject to the restrictions, conditions and limitations therein contained, be vested in a Board to be called the [Tamil Nadu State Bhoodan Yagna Board] [Substituted for the expression 'Madras State Bhoodan Yagna Board' by paragraph 3(1) of, and the Schedule to, the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1970, which laws deemed to have come into force on the 14th January 1969.].
