(5)The Chairman of the market committee may, at any time during the year for which a budget has been sanctioned by the Board, lay before the market committee a supplementary budget, and the provisions of sub-section (2), subsection (3) and sub-section (4) shall mutatis mutandis apply to such supplementary budget.
