58. Controller to recover fines as arrears of land revenue.
- Any fine imposed by a Controller under this Act shall be paid by the person fined within such time as may be allowed by the Controller and the Controller may, for good and sufficient reason extend the time, and in default of such payment, the amount shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue under the Karnataka Land Revnue Act, 1964.
