Section 1 in The United Provinces Aerial Ropeways Act, 1922
1. Title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the United Provinces Aerial Ropeways Act, 1922.(2)It extends to the territories [* * *] [ The word "for the time being" omitted by the ALO 1937] administered by the [State Government] [Substituted by the ALO 1950 for "Provincial Government" which had been Substituted by the ALO 1937 for "Local Government"] of [Uttar Pradesh] [Substituted by the ALO 1950 for "the United Provinces"].(3)It shall come into force at once.
