Section 34(2) in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
(2)A member nominated by the State Government to the Board of a Co-operative Society under section 32 shall hold office until a fresh nomination is made in his place and the State Government may nominate a new member to fill up any casual vacancy of a nominated member.
