Section 6(b) in The U.P. Rice and Paddy (Levy and Regulation of Trade) Order, 1985
(b)may in accordance with the directions of the State Government accept for rice due to be sold to the State Government under Clause 3:(i)parboiled rice of same variety in lieu of raw rice or vice versa;(ii)rice even in excess of levy due if voluntarily offered.
