61A.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Rule 55 to Rule 61, if no order is communicated to the applicant under these rules by the District Town Planner within fifteen days from the date of receipt of application, the clearance/approval requested for shall be deemed to have been allowed by the District Town Planner and Secretary shall proceed with the processing of the application as if the approval of District Town Planner is obtained by the applicant.] [Inserted by Notification No. G.O.(P) No. 81/2017/LSGD, dated 31.10.2017 (w.e.f. 14.2.2011).]
