Section 11(1) in The Railway Claims Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1989
(1)The Registrar, or the officer authorized by him, shall endorse on every application, the date on which it is presented or received through post under [rule 5] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 513(E), dated 9-7-2001 (w.e.f. 9-7-2001).] and sign the endorsement.
