Section 2 in National Bank For Agriculture And Rural Development (Additional) General Regulations, 1984
2. Definitions.
- In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)"Act" means the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 1981 (61 of 1981);(b)"Advisory Council" means the Advisory Council constituted under sub-section (1) of Section 14;(c)"Executive Committee" means the Executive Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of section 13;(d)"section" means a section of the Act;(e)words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
