- A body constituted or declared order the Statutes to be the Authority of the University under clause (d) of section 10 shall consist of such members, shall exercise such powers, perform such functions subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.Chapter-VI Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations.
