115L. Publication of names of members, term of office, resignation of members and casual vacancies.
- The provisions of section 128, 129, 130 and 132 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply in respect of all members of Taluka Panchayats, subject, however, that the expressions "Zilla Panchayat" and "Adhyaksha", wherever they appear in those sections, shall be construed as "Taluka Panchayat" and "Chairperson" respectively.
