Section 29 in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
29. The Librarian.
(1)The Librarian shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Council and shall be responsible for all matters concerning the library.(2)The salary, allowances and other conditions of service of the Librarian shall be such as may be prescribed.
