1. Mr Kadam states that his attorneys will send to Dr Sathe's RAMCHNDRA SANKPAL attorneys for the 2nd Respondent a list of the documents that are Digitally signed by ARUN RAMCHNDRA SANKPAL Date: 2023.04.18 required to answer the show cause notice at pages 314 and 314A.

The show cause notice is of 14th March 2023. As such, we perceive no urgency in holding the hearing contemplated by the notice.

2. That hearing is not to be held till 26th April 2023.
