Section 35(1) in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(1)Any person may apply for registration and its renewal as a contractor in Form -19 to the Additional Director (Mines) through departmental web portal. The registration shall be renewed by the same zonal officer by whom registration certificate issued.
