Section 76(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)LLP Petitions' Register in which shall be entered and numbered serially the petitions filed under the Act or these rules stating the particulars as to-(i)date of presentation;(ii)name of LLP;(iii)name of parties, their, advocates etc.;(iv)provision of law under which the petition is made;(v)nature of relief sought;(vi)date and nature of order made;(vii)date of filing of appeal, if any;(viii)date of disposal of appeal; and(ix)result of judgment in appeal.
