                                                  ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the issues between the parties had already been settled. In view of the said submission, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. The writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount already deposited before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour-II by 2/4 http://www.judis.nic.in WP.No.2627 of 2005 filing an appropriate application. In the event of any such application, the Deputy Commissioner is directed to release the amount preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this application.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
