Section 244 in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
244. Application of Code of Civil Procedure.
- In so far as these rules make no provision or make in sufficient provision, the Claims Tribunal shall follow the procedure laid down in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (V of 1908) for the trial of suits.
