Section 70(2)(ii) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983

(ii)from the date of commencement of this Act until such time as the Executives Council of the University is constituted in accordance with section 30 holds it first meeting, the Executive Council consisting of the following members shall be deemed to be constituted for the purpose of this Act, Namely:-
