Section 69(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)For the election of the members of the Distributory Committee, the procedure detailed in this Chapter for the election of the President of the Distributory Committee shall, mutatis mutandis, be followed in the same sequence, subject to the condition that the candidate elected as President of the Distributory Committee shall not be eligible to contest for the office of the members of Distributory Committee, but he is eligible to participate in the election of members.
