Section 19(4) in Gujarat Panchayats Laws (Amendment) Act, 1963
(4)after sub-section (4) the following Explanation shall be inserted, namely:-"Explanation.-In this section the word "member" includes a Sarpanch, Upa-Sarpanch, Chairman, Vice-Chairman, President and Vice-President of a panchayat.".
