(2)For the grant of a copy under clause (1) following fee shall be charged :-Resolution and order - [Rupee one] [Substituted vide Notification No. 7290 dated 30.3.87, Punjab Gazette dated 24.4.87.] per 100 words or fraction thereof subject to a minimum of [Rupee two] [Substituted vide Notification No. 7290 dated 30.3.87, Punjab Gazette dated 24.4.87.'] per copy.Balance sheet - [Rupee one] [Substituted vide Notification No. 7290 dated 30.3.87, Punjab Gazette dated 24.4.87.] per document.Note :- Copies of orders against an employee shall be supplied to him free of charge.
