Section 16 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Act, 1975
16. Resignation of members.
- A member of the Board, not being an ex-officio member, may, resign his office at any time by tendering his resignation in writing to the Chairman of the Board, and such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office as soon as the Chairman has received his resignation.
