(vi)to call for reports from the heads of affiliated institution in respect of any act of contravention of the rules or regulations or decisions, instructions or directions of the Board, and take suitable action for the enforcement of the rules or regulations or decisions, instructions or directions of the Board, in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations;
