Section 69(x) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(x)Study leave shall count as sendee for increment and for the benefit of the provident fund and gratuity but not for earning any other kind of leave. The benefit of increment(s) falling during the period of study leave shall be operative only after the person has resumed his duty.
