(4)The successful completion of State Eligibility Test shall be an equal qualification of National Eligibility Test as prescribed by the University Grants Commission.Explanation. - "University Grants Commission" shall mean for the purpose of this Act, the University Grants Commission established under section 4 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, (3 of 1956).
