Section 52B(1) in The Orissa Public Demands Recovery Rules, 1963
(1)If any of the registered immovable property is notified for sale by the Certificate Officer in whose office the property has been registered, he shall immediately on the making of proclamation for sale under Rule 26, give intimation in Form 'AC' given in Appendix-A to the person interested in the said property whose name appears in the register in Form 'AB'.
