Section 97(a) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(a)a building worker handling cement or concrete,-(i)wears close-fitting clothing, gloves, helmet or hard hat, safety goggles, proper foot wear and respirator or mask protect him from danger in such handling;(ii)keeps as much his body covered as is required to protect him from danger in such handling; and(iii)takes all necessary precaution to keep cement and concrete away from his skin in such handling;
