Section 2 in Tripura Industrial Investment Promotion Incentives Scheme, 2017
2. Commencement and Duration.
- Unless specifically mentioned against the respective items of incentives sanctioned under Scheme-2017, it shall come into effect from the first day of April, 2017 in the whole of Tripura and shall remain in force for a period of five years ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2022.Provided that wherever an incentive is being allowed to an enterprise for a specified period reckoned from the date of commencement of commercial production of the enterprise or any other prescribed date, such benefit will continue to be available till the expiry of the specified period for that particular enterprise, even beyond the thirty-first day of March, 2017.
