Section 170(1) in Code of Regulations for Anglo-Indian Schools-Tamil Nadu State
(1)Managers shall select with the approval of the Director of School Education one or more medical officers from among local registered medical practitioners. Whenever possible, officers with M.B.B.S. or L.M.S. or equivalent qualification should be chosen.
