Section 12 in Telangana Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955
12. Power to exempt.
- Where in the opinion of the Government reasonable grounds exist for doing so, the Government may, by order in writing exempt, subject to such conditions and restrictions as it may impose, any cinematograph exhibitions or class of cinematograph exhibitions from any of the provisions of this Act, or any rules made thereunder.
