Section 5 in The University of Rajasthan (Amendment) Act, 1974
5. Repeal & Savings.
(1)[The University of Rajasthan (Amendment) Ordinance, 1974] [Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B, dated 20-4-1974, page 1.] and [the University of Rajasthan (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 1974] [Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B, dated 26-7-1974, page 101.] made and promulgated by the Governor on 20th day of April, 1974 and 25th day of July, 1974 respectively are hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or action taken under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinances so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of the principal Act as amended by this Act.
