(1)The officers of the University (excluding the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, the Dean, Student's Welfare and Proctor) may be transferred by the Chancellor on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor or otherwise to an equivalent post in another University.
