(3)[ If the Vice Chancellor is unable to perform his duties owing to his temporary incapacity on account of illness or any other reason, or the office of the Vice-Chancellor falls vacant due to death, or otherwise, the Chancellor shall make such arrangements for the duties of the Vice-Chancellor to be performed by some authority until Vice-Chancellor re-joins.] [Substituted by Haryana Act No. 7 of 2003.]
