(3)The Special Committee/s for deciding pre-mature retirement of officers constituted by the Board of Directors shall be as under:

Categoryof Officers	SpecialCommittee
a.All officers up to Scale IV	ExecutiveDirector and 2 General Managers
	OR
	3General Managers (to be designated for this purpose by Chairman& Managing Director)
b.All Officers in Scale V and above	Chairman& Managing Director, Govt. Director and RBI Director.
